Healthy Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Makes 12 muffins. 1 for breakfast with coffee tea or an egg or 1 for a snack.
Put all the ingredients in a big blender, liquid items first. Then poor to the top of the muffin cups and bake.


2 large ripe bananas

2 ½ cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

2 large eggs

⅓ cup honey, or sugar

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda
