Honey Garlic Chicken


1 lb skinless chicken breast cut int small pieces
2 eggs
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup honey
5 garlic gloves, minced
2 T low sodium soy sauce
1 T corn starch
1/4 cup water

Directions: Preheat oven to 400. Cut chicken into small pieces, dip in bowl with eggs then roll in breadcrumbs. Place chicken on a nonstick baking sheet for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. While chicken is baked, make sauce over stove. In a bowl mix together 1 T corn starch and water. Add to Sauce pan and mix rest of ingredients until it thickens. Add Chicken to sauce and serve with rice and a veggie.
