2 pounds ground beef
1 scant tsp garlic salt
3 eggs
½ cup ketchup
Prepared Ingredients
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 cup carrots blenderized with a little water then drain water
Half of a large onion, minced
Steps:
- preheat oven to 350
- mix the beef, salt, bread, eggs, carrots, onion, and ketchup
- bake in cast iron skillet for one hour at 350
- in the last few minutes of cooking put more ketchup on top
- Enjoy!
