Carol's Meatloaf non-recipe

about 160 calories per cup


Ingredients:

Ready Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 scant tsp garlic salt
3 eggs
½ cup ketchup

Prepared Ingredients
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 cup carrots blenderized with a little water then drain water
Half of a large onion, minced


Steps:
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. mix the beef, salt, bread, eggs, carrots, onion, and ketchup
  3. bake in cast iron skillet for one hour at 350
  4. in the last few minutes of cooking put more ketchup on top
  5. Enjoy!
