Mediterranean Layered Dip

1 (16-ounce) container hummus of choice (roasted red pepper goes well)
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh baby spinach
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 tablespoons sliced Kalamata or black olives

1. Spread hummus on 9-inch serving plate.
2. Sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving time.

Serve with Toasted Pita Wedges. (I used Stacy's Simply Naked Pita Chips.)
