Roasted Sweet And Salty Chickpeas


Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry with paper towels
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chickpeas, and mix until well combined.
Add chickpeas and stir to coat.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas on the baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour or until chickpeas sound hollow when you shake the pan.
Makes 4 servings.
